What is Baby Log Cloud?

A little data for the hardest job in the world.

My daughter was fussy from day one. The kind of fussy that makes you wonder if you're doing everything wrong, probably colic, probably feeding difficulties, definitely a lot of worry. My wife and I had no family nearby. No village. Just the two of us, exhausted and anxious, trying to make sense of it all.

So I built this app.

I started logging every feed, every diaper, every fever, every episode of vomiting. Not because I'm obsessive, but because having real data made us feel less helpless. When we went to the pediatrician and said “she's been fussy,” it meant nothing. When we showed a week of feeding logs and said “she's averaging 480ml a day and vomited 4 times this week, here are the diaper photos” it meant everything.

I also anonymized the data and shared it with AI tools to get context and ask questions in between appointments. It didn't replace our doctor, it helped us ask better questions.

Who this is for

If you're a new parent, then Baby Log Cloud is for you. It's especially useful when:

What you can track

Honest about what it isn't

Baby Log Cloud is not a medical device. It won't diagnose anything. It's a log, just a tool for keeping a clear head when everything feels foggy. Always consult your pediatrician for medical advice.

There is an optional AI co-pilot feature, powered by Google Gemini, that analyzes your anonymized logs and surfaces patterns. It is off by default and you can enable it from the home screen if you'd like to try it. Treat its insights as a starting point for conversation with your doctor, not a conclusion.

A small honesty note: running the AI costs money, and this app is free with no intention to monetize. I may remove or limit the AI feature at any point if the costs grow. Everything else in the app will always work without it.

Your data is only yours

Everything you log is stored for you and only you. Baby Log Cloud never sells, shares, or uses your baby's data to train AI models. It just sits there, yours, until you need it.

Read the full privacy policy for the details: what's collected, who processes it, and how to delete it.

My recommendation: Enter Baby X instead of your baby's real name. I do this myself. You get every feature, every chart, every export, and you never have to wonder whether any personal detail is attached to your logs. It just feels better.

Common questions

Is Baby Log Cloud a medical device?

No. Baby Log Cloud is not a medical device and does not diagnose anything. It's a log for keeping a clear head when everything feels foggy. Always consult your pediatrician for medical advice.

Is Baby Log Cloud free?

Yes, Baby Log Cloud is free with no ads and no intention to monetize. The optional AI co-pilot feature may be limited in the future if its running costs grow, but every other feature will always work without it.

Is my baby's data private?

Yes. Everything you log about your baby is stored for you and only you — it's never analyzed, sold, or shared. Baby Log Cloud uses standard product analytics (Google Analytics) to understand app usage, the same way most apps do, but never on your baby's actual logged data. You can export or permanently delete your data at any time.

Built with love (and very little sleep) by a parent who's been there. I sometimes used a single hand to hold the baby while building this. Not a joke, I really mean it.

Baby Log Cloud is free, no ads, no selling your data, and built for the exhausted, anxious first months — just a clear log you can bring to the pediatrician.
